If you live in Long Key, Florida and need a California Department of Justice (CA DOJ) background check, you can submit traditional ink fingerprints on FD-258 fingerprint cards. These cards are accepted by CA DOJ for applicants who are outside of California and cannot visit an in-state live scan location.

After Your Fingerprinting Appointment - We need

  • Photocopy of valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver license, etc.)
  • Livescan Request form filled out
  • FD-258 Cards completed in Black Ink using BLOCK LETTERING

Once your FD-258 cards are completed, you’ll either mail them to us for processing or you can request a FedEx label to send everything directly to us.
